Emergency Workflow
If the opening is unsecured, we’ll prioritize safety and security first. After the site is stabilized, we coordinate replacement glass and schedule installation.

- Photos of the opening (inside and outside)
- Approximate width/height
- Whether it’s street-facing and needs immediate security
- Any glass stamp markings (if visible)
