What We Do (Emergency Service)
Our emergency workflow is built for commercial sites: retail storefronts, offices, and managed properties. We focus on safety, security, and a clear plan for replacement.
- Secure broken glass openings with board-up when needed
- Reduce risk to staff, customers, and tenants
- Capture details to plan storefront glass repair or replacement
- Coordinate next-step repairs for commercial glass systems
What Helps Us Respond Faster
- Exact address and best on-site contact
- Photos of the damage (inside/outside)
- Whether the opening is street-facing and needs immediate security
- Any access restrictions (security desk, loading dock, after-hours rules)
After the Board-Up
Once the site is stabilized, we coordinate the correct glass type (tempered, laminated, or insulated) and schedule installation. For storefront systems, we can also coordinate door hardware service if it affects daily operation.
For more background and photos, see the existing Board-Up (Emergency) page. For storefront replacement details, see Storefront Glass and Commercial Glass Repair.
Safety & Compliance
We follow safety glazing standards like ANSI Z97.1 and CPSC 16 CFR 1201 and can advise on UL-rated options when security requirements apply. Learn more about glass safety requirements on our Safety Compliance page.
Service Areas
We support emergency commercial clients across the DMV (Washington, DC • Maryland • Northern Virginia). Coverage varies by metro area and urgency—call to confirm availability.
